关于 PI 形式发票的使用疑问
Proforma Invoice（形式发票 / PI）是报价性质的文件，在正式成交前发给客户确认价格、规格、交期等条款，客户据此安排预付款。Commercial Invoice（商业发票 / CI）是正式成交后的清关单证，用于报关、纳税。简言之：PI 在前，CI 在后。
